1. No Refund Policy:** We maintain a strict no refund policy for all services provided by Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic. Once payment is made for physiotherapy sessions, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
**2. Session Utilization:** All paid physiotherapy sessions must be utilized within 45 days from the date of the first treatment session. It is the responsibility of the patient to finish the sessions within this timeframe.
**3. Lapse of Unused Sessions:** Failure to avail the physiotherapy sessions within the 45-day window will result in the automatic lapse of any unused sessions. Once the sessions have lapsed, there is no provision for a refund or session transfer.
**4. Session Transfer within 45 Days:** If, for any reason, the patient cannot continue with the physiotherapy sessions within the initial 45-day period from the start of treatment, they have the one-time option to transfer the unused sessions to a family member. This transfer is allowed only within the initial 45-day window and must be requested by the patient.
**5. Transfer Procedure:** To transfer unused sessions to a family member, the patient must inform Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic in writing and provide the name and relationship of the family member who will receive the transferred sessions. The family member must meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the clinic's policies and procedures.
**6. Session Eligibility:** Transferred sessions are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original sessions, including the 45-day utilization period and the no refund policy.
**7. Modification of Terms:** Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or informing the patient directly.
